Description
Easy bolt-on replacements come with crankcase oil, a shipping plug that is replaced by a vented dipstick at time of installation. Additional features include a preset soap and chemical injection system, an Adjustable pressure feature to keep you in control, and a thermal relief valve that automatically opens and closes to keep your pump running at a safe temperature. Easy connection to a standard household garden hose and a stainless-steel water filter strainer.
Plunger pumps are designed for a wide variety of moderate pressure washing applications. They are constructed with die-cast bodies and feature a brass head. Internal components include special thick solid ceramic plungers for long life and durability.
Easy Kleen pumps are a combination of exceptional degree of technology and innovation. They deliver quality and reliability worthy of a leading brand on the market. The wide range of EK pumps includes many models which vary in terms of pressure, delivery, power, and technical characteristics, to satisfy widely different market demands.
This version of the Electric series boasts precision cast cooling fins that are anodized for maximum heat dissipation. The oversized needle bearing on the drive side and ball bearings on the non-drive side assure proper shaft alignment and maximum life. Valve cages of special design are impervious to water absorption and provide positive seating and extended life.

Installation Instructions:
Before installing a motorized pump unit, check
incoming voltage to be certain it does not exceed motor rating as this will result in motor damage. Instructions for electrical connection are on a decal on the motor housing. Qualified or trained personnel should install equipment. Equipment should be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code, local codes and with NEMA MG1, Safety Standards for Construction and Guide for Selection, Installation and use of Electric Motors and Generators. Review your application flow and pressure requirements. Exceeding the rated pressure of the motorized unit may cause overheating of your motor, high amp draws and result in shortened motor life.
